Dear All

On behalf of BIS Jakarta I would like to invite your school to this year’s SEASAC Football Tournament.  We will follow the template used at BPS last year and use 3 pitches all with full size goals.  The match balls will be Mitre size 5.

We will have first aid support, a physiotherapist and our school ambulance at the event.  The nearest international hospital is 10 minutes away (Bintaro International Hospital a member of the Ramsey Group.  SOS Jakarta is also an option but 40 minutes away)

The hotel is a suite hotel and is very good.  Visiting teams have previously been complimentary.  Not all of the beds will be singles but no-one has ever found this a problem before.  You could opt to book singles but it will increase the cost.  If you are bringing 2 teams of 12 I would book a 3 bedroom suite x 4 plus whatever you require for teachers.  Please check the website for they lay-out plan.

For bookings contact:

Please find attached the schedule for this year’s competitions.  In the interest of continuity we will follow the programme set down by BPS last year.  Please let me know if you spot any errors.  I have made some arbitrary seeding decisions due to final games not being completed because of that bizarre storm, which I hope people are content with.

Our pitches will be slightly smaller than at BPS 60m x 46m with full size goals.  Goal areas will be 11 metres (12 yards for Macca!) from goal with a penalty spot marked on it.

Please complete the attached roster for your students/teachers with all relevant information, which will enable us to meet your needs, flight details and team photographs for the programme no later than Friday 2 October.

Visas
If you have students/teachers who need a visa (especially Israeli, Indian, Sri Lankan and Pakistani) please let me know urgently and scan (not photocopy) and email me a copy of their passport details page.  I have attached a sheet for students who can obtain a visa on arrival at a cost of $10 (free for ASEAN members).  If you have a nationality not on the list then they will need a visa before they arrive.  We will endeavour to assist you on arrival.
